The workflow has five stages:

1. Voice — Answer 5 quick questions (or sync your LinkedIn profile) and the AI builds a voice profile that captures how you write. This isn't a generic "professional tone" setting. It's your specific patterns: sentence length, word choices, the way you structure arguments.
2. Plan — Pick a date range, set your goals and target audience, and the AI generates a calendar of content ideas. Ideas can come with a guiding question to help you add your perspective before the post is written.
3. Create — Select an idea, optionally answer the guiding question, and generate a full draft. The AI uses your voice profile, so the output reads like something you'd actually post.
